We've heard from several people lately that they are hearing from real estate offices, forum discussions and a Baltimore-based travel concern that Lakeside is into a big selling boom. One woman was particularly anxious to act quickly--she had been told that the actual selling price had fallen and now was 10 to 20% less than the asking price. Some have heard that they better buy, now and quickly, while there are properties left, and before prices increase, again.

Physical contact
It took several years for me to understand and learn to cope with being bumped, jostled and touched by strangers, especially in lines and while shopping in street markets. The suspicious side of me was sure I was going to be robbed. Another part of me was irritated that people were (as I saw it) so inconsiderate and rude and not watching where they were going.
